How to force plesk into recreating the php module list, so your newly installed php extension module will show up in the extension list.

I tried to install memcached, pagespeed and different other php extensions, but they didn’t show up in the plesk php extension list.

This command fixes this and forces plesk to reread the installed modules and extend the list.

plesk bin php_handler –reread
